sorry for the bad pics they were took on a ipad but i was just wondering what kind of lizard is it. i found in in eastern Queensland

By "have" you really mean "found, took some photos of and then released"
Egernia mcpheei ??
 
I never kept it, I just have a heap of them were I work and was just wondering what kinda lizard they are.

There is a number of indicators that a difficult to quantify however the shape of the snout is different.
