What type of skink is this?

Does anyone know what type of skink this is? I'm pretty sure its a skink, also it has small claws.

its a skink, but i'm not too good at I'Ding, just asking though, why is it in an enclosure?

yeah or commonly called Striped Skink. we get them all the time where i live.
