why does she lay Upside down?

She’s flipped herself over since the photo, but this is the “worst” I’ve seen it I actually thought she carked it.

Is this just normal behaviour? Am I missing something? Her heat isn’t on at this time (8pm) nor is she on the heated area.

She was under her perch, but unless she somehow did a rollypolly, I can’t see her falling off like that being a reason

Edit; I’m aware females sometimes go upside down while ovulating... but obviously it isn’t ovulating season :p

Pythons do this sometimes, even males. It's almost always nothing to worry about. Females during the reproductive season, especially while gravid are the most prone to it, but perfectly healthy pythons of both sexes do it.
