Hi,
I want to make a rockwell for my enclosure but I'm not sure how to go about it. It'll be 160x106 cm. My idea was to buy a panel of mdf and cut it to size, then spray it over with expandable foam and cover it with grout or cement and sand. Does anyone know if this is ok to do. Also how would I give the rockwall some colour, I was thinking blackish brown.

Ye mate works a treat just dont use mdf use thin ply or perspex and screw some screws from the back to the side ya sprayin to give the foam somethin to grab to
