Pretty sure you'll find that it's nothing to do with the site. As per previous advice, check for viruses.

ALso try double-clicking the "wizard" or right click. What happens then?

I am guessing a desktop mate. A little install program that people think is cute. Basically, a sheep, wizard, sexy girl (you pick) wanders around your desk as you work.

Often available via eCards or as a deskmate install.

I often have a snake wandering around my desk as I work. This will cease the if/when he/she goes wizzies on the keyboard and Dad finds out! :shock:
