I Just bought a pair of adult central bearded dragons who were in their brumation cycle. Well a 5 hour car ride has woken them from their slumber.
They are housed in their same 5 foot enclosure, so surroundings havent changed a huge amount, other than whats on the outside of the enclosure!
Its been a week since that trip.
The male is awake and active, feeding on salads and crickets.
Im yet to see the female eat, she less active and appears to be returning to the land of nod.
Is this possible she will brumate again? I imagine its natural and let her go, she will wake when shes ready. But as new parents we get a little nervous!
Thanks Jayse
