What a little cutie atm, give it a couple years and it will be a cute monster...

Nice and cute while they're little, and just awesome when they're massive.

Great looking snake

thanks guys she is already my favourite. The best temperment i have seen from a snake has never bitten or even taken a strike at me. lets hope it continues once she is fully grown lol

hey thats a cute olive. i have one too, and i was just wondering if yours is a little speed demon like mine? you seem to have no troubles with letting him roam around the garden, but mine is so quick and im afraid i'll lose her.
But you are right about their personalities. mine is a little angel too!!

Awh! I love love love Olives! It was the first snake I ever held and I just thougnht that it was the most awesome.

How much did you pay for your little guys or girls?

Amy - My Olive is a little over 12mths old and about 5.5ft. He is STILL a speedy thing - quick as. I have noticed him to be much more active and alot quicker than most other pythons I have kept.

My Olive is still my favourite (althought the new Womas are fighting hard for that spot), the personality is amazing...

Your little Olive is so awesome l say in 5 years time he/she will be as big as my 2 adults are right now, my male is 9 foot and female is 12 foot long, they are my number pet Python, you just could not find a better Python to keep as a pet, they have a wonderfull temperament and personality, so why would you want any other pet Python in your home.:p

Its great to hear that the majority of Olives are really placid, considering they are one of Australias biggest, with the scrubby of course, but scrubbys always tend to be nasty.Im praying a friend of mine breeds her Olives this year, that one snake im planning on getting,I never get sick of seeing those pictures Reptilian66,their awesome...

Cute little olive there Batcho. I never knew mine to be that little. I actually saw a hatchling olive at Mac Herps expo, first time I'd seen a baby :D

Check out the tongue in the last pic of yours reptilian. What a cheeky looking fellow

i got her from rob(trueblue) off here he was really good to deal with. i paid 400 which i think was good most others i had seen where about 440.

Yes she is a little speed demon but only if ilet her on the flat ground. i have found olives to be an awesome snake to watch. mine is always moving around her enclosure and is very inquisitive

now that is my type of snake placide, fast and very big hehe :D nive snake by the way ever wanna get rid of it let me know ay lol :D

Hey, i also have a new arrival, after the castle hill expo, a female olive, absolutly gorgeous temperment...for now. Definatly pushing for number 1 spot in the house. Still thinking of a nice name that will still suit when shes older hehe
