Juan got attack by a dog

I had my lizzard named Juan for 6 years now. I had also got a dog 4 years ago. luckily i kept them seperate mostly. my dog didnt seem to do much to the lizzard other than smell it. but i was wrong. my dog bit his head but didnt really puncture it. more of a deep wound on his head. i cleand it up with some water and tissues but the wound has been bleeding for 1 week. I dont know why but he has gone blind . and he wont eat. I had to open his mouth myself to put a snail in but he spat it back out. and his wound started bleeding when i opend his mouth. what do i do??

Hey mate, I just want to start off by telling you I don't think he will live I'm sorry, but what I would do is take him to the vet immediately and they will perform whatever procedure is needed, if anything like this happens again, not to sound rude, but I recommend taking it to the vet as soon as you can see its physically injured because it's most likely been in pain for the past week. Hope this helps. And I'm sorry for your reptile.

You don’t know why he went blind after your dog bit him in the head? It’s head was probably half crushed, you will need more than water and tissue

definitely take him to vet, but I doubt he will Live

Here. I weeill hopefully get to a vet tommorow but I don't have a lisence to own it, so it is likely I will never see him again because they will pass it on to somone better equipped for this.

Hey mate, it looks like it will pass unfortunately. I don't recommend keeping reptiles if you don't have a licence as this can get you in trouble. Hope this helps
