Coastal NSW, some common fauna and some flood oddities.
So the past few months have been pretty hectic. Lots of herping, a herping conference, more herping,... more herping. Somehow I've ended up with a few photos from various trips I haven't put up yet and I decided to do all the trips here...
Do you think this is a Tusked frog?
Is was approximately 2.5cm in body length and had sparse white spots on it's belly.
It was found in Campbelltown NSW region

Whats this frog been finding heaps of them in my pool ive lived here for 15 years and never seen anythink like them now i have heaps of them , iam in mid north coast coffs area

Well while you haven't seen a hundred threads, that doesn't mean I haven't been out frantically herping every night since my last thread. I've finally gotten some pictures of some snakes and a dodgy shot of a leaftail which I promised myself I would get before making this thread.
So here we go...
My brother found these two in the house, so before he (gently) took them outside, I snapped some pictures :)
I wasn't sure if i'd get comments about him having them in his hand, but it was just to take them outside...

Went for a day trip to the Imbil State Forest, its inland from Noosa, to try out the new lens. Pretty amazing trip, saw five live snakes ( 4 on the trip ) but only one condescended to being photoed, a little small-eyed snake, a real cutie
