This is from teh southern highlands and was saved from a dog and relised back in bush the person wants to know what it was and i have no idea when it comes to anything other than pythons

It's beautiful, all the Copperheads I've seen have been ugly, but they were all adult ones, maybe they lose a bit of colour.

yeh was only bailed up by dog. looks not good in photos but apparently she brought it inside to get it away from dog

Copperheads are a very nice looking snakes, i reckon it is a Austrelaps ramasayi. But its still a Copperhead.
