A touch concerning actually. The summary might of been worded better re only using one vial only. Also you would of hoped that they would of checked that the tiger snake was actually a tiger snake and not a Broad Head

Yes a little sloppy in an editorial sense, but the photo is a little irrelevant (even if we like to be picky!). I'd hope that emergency physicians with no expertise in the identification of snakes would never try to use the photos in a publication meant for general interest to guide which type of antivenom should be administered. Otherwise an informative article when you consider the number of people treated with serious doses of antivenom in an attempt to reverse coagulopathy.
