hi all i bred my first clutch of inland beadies a few days b4 xmas 22 in all. ive kept 7 to see what they turn out. i just wont to know if there growth rate is on par. at 7 to 8 weeks old they measure 270 to 280 mm long [total length] & weigh between 68g & 74grams they are pumping & quite please that i didnt loose any babys or tails & toes whith 22 in a 2 ft fish tank looking forward to my next clutch due to be laid in a coulpe of weeks time different female same male tho thanks for your answer in advance deano :D:D:D
 
7-8 weeks old and already over 25cm and over 50g?????

Sorry dude, but I just don't know how this can be??
 
Here are a couple of pics for ya that we took tonight :D they were born on the 23rd dec making them just a couple of days over 9 weeks now. they are little piggies and eat everything given to them.


are they too big? :shock:

thats unreal. i thought one of my first clutch was getting big quick.
here he is. couldn't get him to stay still for the ruler. born 14th nov 08. 21cm. don't know the weight. eats everything.

My 3-4month olds are 22-25cm around 50grams..
