iv got a lil bambo tree in my kitchen that i wanna put in my tank aswell so i would like to no if we can or if anyone has done it befor

generally not a good idea to put live plants in herp enclosures as they can harbour pests

well i put it in,and it looks awsome and the snakey went stright up there! his right up the top, on leafy part

people do it, plants can often be used as a method to raise humidity. but people are also against it as they can be un hydgenic. e.g ya disenfect a plant and soil (potting mix) will habour bacteria and funguses.

I found that putting live plants in my enclosure lowered the temp so watch that... they also died about 2 months... i bought two types of fern though.
