Bearded dragon shedding skin?

Hi all, I have recently acquired a central bearded dragon and have noticed part of his skin has come off. He has shed before in my care, but it has never been in just one spot. The patch of the skin is bright white.
could this be a health issue?
I’m sorry if this is obvious but i am new to keeping lizards and they aren’t the same as turtles.

Hey friller2009! To me this looks like a piece of stuck shed from a recent shed, I would recommend giving him a warm bath to get it off. The others might have more to say as I am no professional, just giving my opinion
