Bearded dragon thermostat times

G'day,

I have recently changed Rex's uv&heating(day time heating) time from 10hrs a day to 12hrs so he is still awake when I get home from work. Is this ok or is 12hrs too much?

I have mine set at 12hrs too, don't think its too much
