I have two things

first thing is my bearded dragon is digging a lot she is about 8 months old
she will start on one hole and she scratches on the background
she is with another one that we have not sexed yet
any ideas on why she's doing it would be great

second thing is she changes colour from yellow to almost black and than sometimes she will go a dark orange red colour
why is that?

With the first question, has she put on weight recently? This sounds like the behaviour a gravid female that is getting ready to lay eggs, her belly will feel lumpy if she has eggs.

Second question, they can change colour depending on mood and temperature as well as when disturbed or feeling threatened, mine are also extremely bright when they are sleeping/relaxed.
Sometimes changing to a dark colour for a prolonged period of time can be suggestive of the bearded dragon being stressed either by a dominant enclosure mate or by improper husbandy or stress.
If your other bearded dragon seems fine and the female isn't staying the dark/black colour then i doubt anything serious is wrong.
