Nate - PM Hobbo from here - he runs East Coast Pet Transport - pretty sure he does that run...

His prices are basically the same as AAE (the firm that do air freight) except you get GOOD service and contact with your delivery driver throughout...

Agrees with Aslan. Heard nothing but great reports about Hobbo.

Only downside isHobbo doesn't do trips each & every day.
You may have to wait a few weeks untill he has a trip planned.
