catching beardie up

My beardie is 9 months old and he is only 21 centimtres head to tail, i was wondering if there is anything i can do to catch him up. he wasnt under uv in his early stages but now is, is there anything else i can do?

feed him up, cockroaches, crickets, silkworms, endive, dandelion, squash, supp;iment.

40c basking surface.

keep him seperate from all other dragons.

i have an exo terra uv light atm in there, atm i feed him apple and crickets alot of crickets, will the woddies and other things help? if i feed him well how long would it take him to catch up?
