Children's Python Just laid Eggs

Evening all,

One of my Childrens Pythons Laid 13 Slugs, she hasn't been with a male. My question is, how long after laying the eggs do I offer food to my Python. She has lost a lot of weight and not eaten for 3 months.

Thanks, I cleaned the enclosure as the first step, I found she was climbing the glass so I thawed a Fuzzy to see if she would eat and she did. I bathed her because she had fluid all over her body and she seems happy now.
