My posts are doing screwy things too!

Well, I finally got home from work!

Clarice is just beautiful!!!!
.... a huge thankyou to Paul for my pretty new baby.
I can't rave enough about how thrilled I am!

She has explored the nursery, and has settled down and coiled up now.
Clarice was a little snappy at first, but I just had to have a cuddle...
Mark was ready, poised to capture my first snake bite, but alas, I emerged unscathed.

I have popped a couple of photos in the gallery, and will bother her for some more maybe tomorrow...

Did I mention how absolutely gorgeous she??!!
I'm completey in love with her! :D

Hi Nicole (of the non wrinkley kind)

Everyone's gonna say Clarice is beautiful but I'm gonna say it first.

She's beautifull - congrats and mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Phoar! She's huge! :D She certainly is a beauty :D

What a beauty Nicole! I'm so happy for you. Like I told David, thanks for sharing your excitement with us. I was right there watching the clock with you yesterday. Glad she's finally home, and getting settled in. You're both lucky girls! :D

Thanks again guys! It's so nice to beable to share the excitement with someone!

We had another little cuddle this morning, and she's settling down by degrees, ...so who knows, at this rate I may be a snake bite virgin forever... (i kinda hope so actualy).

Alex, she is in the largest of critter cages, but not for long, she is huge...
Her house is being custom built for her.

I think I plan to have her in the critter cage for three months if she doesn't grow too fast, I figure by that time she should be pretty settled, and then she can move into a big house, but we'll see as we go along.

critter

Morning Nicole.

What sort of heating are you using for the critter cage?

I've got mine in in a critter cage in Lil's enclosure until I finish his own enclosure. Lil doesn't like it much! She's VERY active, but not hungry - maybe she can scent the olive. :?:

Hey David
Who can sleep in when there are little beautys to look at and play with huh? :)

Clarice has the heat pad underneath her critter cage...
When she gets to the big enclosure she'll have a ceramic heat emitter...

Took her onto the balcony for a quick look at in the sun this morning - sooo many rainbows, she's beautiful! Had a look at your little guy like that yet?

PS. any names on the short list yet?

names

No - no names as yet. Maybe someone can suggest one for a gentle, inquisitive male olive python. :)

No, I haven't had him out since last night, but definitely will do this afternoon.

Little chap's looking a bit hungry - might try him on a small furry this arvo.

This is fun, isn't it?

3 of my girls are on Zoomed heat mats.... all work great!
