I just got 3 year old diamond python for my bigger enclosure and put my hatching back in smaller enclosure as it wasn't utilizing the big space for it. The enclosure is 4ft high 3ft long and 2feet deep my question is were to put the hide or hides as I've read they don't like hot temps for too long, the basking spot is about 32deg up top and the shelf below has a radiant heater set at 22deg near the floor below but the shelf it's attached to is about 25deg and the cool end sits around 20deg? The first pic has small hides wich was for the hatchling I had there so won't be using those, Thanks IMAG0065.jpg
