dissinfecting info

hi i have a new viv enclosure and would like to put my python in it this weekend, i have a dried out tree branch i would like to put in there for climbing and stuff what are your suggestions or tips that you do to get a tree branch ready to put it in the enclosure.

Half of the people here will say you don't need to sanitise it, just pour boiling water over it or put it in the oven for an hour at 150degrees or so or just hose it down and stick it in or put it in the freezer overnight or soak it in the bathtub or they just simply stick it in. The other half will say sanitise it with f10 or bleach then rinse and put it in a black plastic bag then put it out in the sun for a couple of days. There's heaps of threads about this. just look around =).
