Recently (especially when I’m feeding them or watering the plants in their tank) I’ve been hearing kind of chirping noises? It’s definitely not crickets. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to catch it on video as it’s short and rather random. They’re definitely too young to be making breeding calls.

Yes, absolutely they do and even more so with multiple frogs housed together and especially if one is in another ones "spot" or if one is on anothers perch or if one lands on another but my frogs that are housed individually almost never chirp amongst themselves. The young gtf's and red eyes do it the most and very occasionally my Dainty's will do it also, I also have a very young red eye frog that's already practising croaking every night and is only around 4 months old, it's a horrible sound.
If it's going non stop all the time it's probably not your frog but if it's a chirp here and there then yeah that's what it is.

Yeah they chirped one time when I sprayed the plants with water and a couple times when I have been feeding them. Its a short chirp so I guess it is them yeah. Thank you :)
