feeding

hey,
first time snake owner

i just got a 5 n half month old jungle python
the guy i got it off was feeding in one every 20 -25 days for the last 2 months but before that it was 15 days

i just got him today n he took 2 hoppers
should i keep up the every 20 day thing or go to once a week ??

Every week for sure as long as his temps are fine. 20 days apart is way too long for a young snake, i bet its small.

I bet it's tiny if it was being fed every 3 weeks, that is way to little food for it. Definitely go to at least once a week and feed it something that makes a noticeably lump in it.
