this girl layed a dud on the 4th this month, getting back from Mt Buller today (we left on sunday) she is looking really hungry and skinny, no poops present in her enclosure.

I fed her up and shes now quite fat
here was here 2 hours ago.

Is this her first season laying?
Regardless of that you need to keep the food up to her to keep her in good condition, and in turn the eggs she is making.
I offer my laying females food every day, and by keeping them separate I can monitor their intake.
As the eggs grow they have less appetite so offer less food items, but regularly.
Remember your vits & calcium dust.
