I use to have a couple boas when I was a kid but let's forward 50 some years. I'll be 69 next month and since I'm widowed and have nobody to stop Me I just acquired My first snake! It's a corn and I just ordered a Black Mexican King which I'm very impatiently waiting for!šŸ˜ But I have a question! I seen a video of this reptile zoo building snake tanks and they were using silicone and epoxy in the enclosures and I want to know in Your opinion if that's safe after it's had a chance to cure?

Silicone is widely used as a sealant and an adhesive in building both aquariums and terrariums. It would be difficult to find an aquarium that does not use silicone. It is considered safe after its out-gassing period of a few days or a week has passed.

Epoxies vary, but most are safe after their curing period is complete. You might research this further and find brand recommendations.
