Just recently got a new baby centralian carpet python who I am planning to pair with my female centralian who is 1 year old. I just wanted to check whether it is a good idea to house two carpet pythons together and if so what age you can introduce them. i'll keep the baby in his own enclosure for his first year of course.

only pair them at breeding size (2-3kg for female, 800-1kg male) for breeding which is mid august-september
Hi, can I ask why you say that? Is it because of the breed? Only asking because my male and female South West carpets have been together since they were around 5 months old.
