Is there a 'bad' UVB bulb making false claims?

Ok I see it now, the Arcadia bulb and kit (was just easier) arrived late last week and we installed them, the light is awesome, so much better than the compact! Little dude is loving it so much better too, really flattening out under the heat now and snoozing away.
