Last night I was sitting outside eating dinner, look down next to me to discover a small snake standing up looking at me, was a tiny little Keelback. Was very happy to see some juvies around my house where they're safe!
Then today as I was heading out, I opened the gate and nearly stood on another! I know its a different snake as it was much smaller. Too scared to mow the lawns now!
The other day I saw a juvie Yellow-Faced Whip Snake, was far too quick for pics.
Obviously they were taken away from the house and put back in the creek.
