Legless lizard, ID please.

As already indicated, it is not a Pygopod (true Legless Lizards), but a Skink of the genus Anomalopus (Worm-skinks), as it has front legs rather than flaps. A full body shot would assist, along with a location. How many toes it have on its front legs? At this point I would suggest it looks most likely to be a Three-clawed Worm-skink (Anomalopus verreauxii).
 
Thanks for the tentative ID & explanations.
To me, it was a lizard with no legs, as opposed to a true legless lizard.
Next time I disturb one I will put it in a bucket and get better shots.
Location is Warrumbungle area, nsw
