matricks incubators any comments

I am looking at getting an incubator does anyone have any experience with Matricks water incubator.www.matricks.com.au

I have never used one or even seen one but one major problem I can see is that if there is a power cut or the heater fails or whatever then the water would get very cold very quickly. This of course isn't a problem with a conventional incubator which will hold a considerable amount of heat for a longer period. Glass has almost zero insulating properties.
Just my observations, I wouldn't use one myself.
