I have generally been in favour of all your moderating, but if you do moderate, could you please state what post you have tampered with and what post you have cut altogether, as it can totally distort a thread.

If people woud behave we do not have to tamper with anything.
People usually have god idea why the thread is distorted.

Yes, those people know, but to others the thread does not make any sense.
I?m not trying to create more work for anyone, but it used to show up before, (edited by moderator).

I agree with you Artie, generally we put in a note saying (Edited by Admin), or similar.
Some of these were posted in the thread you are refering to, but some time after this, those entire posts have been deleted by the user, not by moderator intervention.

On occaision, whole posts will be deleted where moderators feel it is waranted, but we will try to ensure a thread still has meaning.

Appologies if sometimes the nuances of the thread's meaning slips through the cracks, but we do our best.
