That is a pretty standard childrens python, as for locality you might as well pick the name of a place anywhere they are found because thats the closest you will get.
Unless you, or someone you know very well personally collected it then there is absolutely no way of knowing were it originated. An educated guess would be that particular snake is a multi generation generic childrens python.
