New license, unsure if we are good to start transferring!

Hi, I'm helping my partner set up a license so she can keep reptiles, but not sure if she is good to go yet (I'll be giving her one of my outdoor diamonds)

The most recent email was a pdf saying her application was approved with license details included at bottom, however, when we go to the site where you apply for a license, it just says "lodged" and We are unable to access the E-Book because it gives an error when logging in, and there's nowhere to "register" - you click the link and it just takes you to sign in. NSW based on the way

When they first started the Ebook, it was a real bastard to get in. Several phone calls and emails finally got a response from someone in the office. They tweaked something to help and when I finally managed to log in I saved it as a bookmark.
