Not bad! How old is it? I had a couple but both turned out to be boys, so I'm after a girl. I had some lined up, but no babies were born this season. How annoying! The boy I kept from last season is awesome though, and also a brilliant feeder By now it might even be safe to post photographs of him again!

Not a King Island this one but does anyone know what this one is?

"occidentalis" mate, WA Tiger, however it is just the same as all the tigers, they are no longer recognised as subspecies and ater is now a junior synonym of scutatus....so all tigers are Notechis scutatus

What colour is the belly of your new tiger kensai ?,
My k.i tiger, which 'used'. to be called ater ater has a black belly and the only white on it is a bit around the lips.
Ill dig up a pic of it.

They used to be Notechis ater niger - Notechis ater ater were Kreffts Tigers.

Tiger Pit

Yeah Moosenoose they're in 1 of 4 pits that I have nearly finished. Suppose 2 b only 1 pit but looking at the available space down the off-side of the house i thought I would utilize it wisely. I have a habit of getting carried away when I do things. They are a pair & will be throwing them out there in spring fulltime & c how they go. Only put them out for daily R & R. First attempt at pits & I'm pretty happy.
