Not sure.
Hi all.
I’ve been thinking of getting an olive python recently and i am wondering if a 4ft x 2ft x 2ft enclosures would be substantial for a hatchy.
How long would the enclosure be able to house them before they get upgraded?

thanks,
Friller

Hey mate! It's awesome to see your considering olives as they are such awesome snakes! Yes, a 4x2x2 will be sweet for a hatchling or yearling if enough cover and Decor is provided, that enclosure will probably last the next 2-3 years depending on how fast it grows, after I would recommend something like a 6x3x3 or bigger for the rest of its life, hope this helps :)

Thanks for the advice mate. The Albino olive is probably my dream python apart from scrubbies, so i thought i better keep some regulars to get the experience rather than forking out the money only to have it die.
