olive pythons

I am thinking about getting an olive python and was just wondering if anyone keeps them and what they are like. I would be keeping it in a enclosure with dimensions of 5ftx7ftx3ft (WxHxD) would this be big enough? Also give me ant other information about these snakes!!

I have them and love them. Your size enclosure is ok. Remember they grow big and eat a lot. I am feeding rabbits. All mine olives are gentle and easy to handle.

I have had an olive for the last five years that has remained snappy (OK out of enclosure). I have found that you must keep him warm during winter or guaranteed respiratory probs. Eat like a horse and don't need height in the enclosure as they stay on the ground most of the time.
