I just came across this very poorly done clip: Top 10 Deadliest Snakes In Australia - YouTube
and there is a photo reproduced from my book Spectacular Snakes of Australia - no permission, no copyright release just bloody theft. I also recognised John Weigel's photo of an Inland taipan. Well done cowboys!

The upside is you have something in common with George Lucas, Steven Spielburg and Peter Jackson....

I'm sure you feel like they do when millions of people dl their work.... The digital era is an artists nightmare! Copyright is easily ignored. And it costs too much to chase the people who are using your material illegally.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was used for something of quality or importance but that clip is a hideous trash.
Downloading is one thing - publishing stolen work is another.

maybe you can take their youtube clip. modify it to mock the hell out of it and post that on youtube :)

The old office dart board was its usual hangout.
