Hi I'm pretty new myself:What are some good plants for an indoor carpet python enclosure?
she’s a Centralian. We have a bromeliad ready to put in but the leaves feel too spiky for her to be climbing onIve got a Childrens from up here and I went and put in a Devils Ivy and a Calathea. And one other I forget. Basically just went around and bought stuff I have seen growing in peoples gardens. I have had a wild python or 2 in my yard before so I figured they enjoy the local garden plants.

And then people will probably advise you against it as real plants can lead to humidity control issues and stuff. But I do it myself. Several people on here seem to.
And there are a few plants that are toxic to reptiles (if they eat it) but I also imagine it would be harmful if they slither over the leaves perhaps so avoid these ones I reckon.

Just check your snakes locality and replicate that. Describe the climate of your Viv to your plant shop and they should help out too I would reckon.
Once we know what subspecies yours is I am sure a fellow keeper of the same type will help out
Enjoy
Since your snake is a Central, I wouldn’t recommend using plants for her. What subspecies of Carpet Python? This will help determine what plants will match its area. Try match its locality.
