Plus sign next to names

I asked a while ago what these were but nobody answered me But I just worked it out for myself. They are my buddies Whenever someone in my buddy list comes online they appear under the "users online" area with a plus sign at the end of their name.

you go into the profile of the person you wish to make your buddy and click "add to buddy list" or somehing along those lines then you will have a buddy list
