not sure about the link but you can keep any amount of most pythons but only 2 green tree pythons and 2 womas, and you cant keep vens.
 
This a email I received today from DERM [email protected] Department of Environment and Resource Management
Your licence permits you to keep unlimited numbers of:
Recreational Reptiles
Recreational Amphibians
Commercial Reptiles.

The definition of these are:

Recreational reptiles or amphibians

All least concern reptiles other than restricted reptiles are recreational reptiles.
All least concern amphibians are recreational amphibians.
Commercial reptiles
The following reptiles are commercial reptiles:

Central netted dragon - Ctenophorus nuchalis
inland bearded dragon - Pogona vitticeps
[no common name] - Pogona henrylawsoni

The following reptiles of the family Scincidae —
pink-tongued lizard -Hemisphaeriodon gerrardii
eastern blue-tongued lizard -Tiliqua scincoides
Cunningham’s skink -Egernia cunninghami

The following reptiles of the family Chelidae —
eastern snake-necked turtle -Chelodina longicollis
saw-shelled turtle -Elseya latisternum
Krefft’s river turtle -Emydura krefftii
Murray turtle -Emydura macquarii

The following reptiles of the family Gekkonidae —
[no common name] -Nephrurus amyae
[no common name] -Nephrurus levis
thick-tailed gecko -Underwoodisaurus milii
rough knob-tailed gecko -Nephrurus asper

The following reptiles of the family Boidae —
children’s python -Liasis childreni
spotted python -Liasis maculosus
Stimson’s python -Liasis stimsoni
You are also permitted to keep a maximum of 2 restricted reptiles on your licence. Restricted reptiles is defined are all threatened or rare or near threatened reptiles other than the following (which you CANNOT keep at all) —

• reptiles of the family Cheloniidae
• reptiles of the family Dermochelydiae
• freshwater crocodile - Crocodylus johnstoni
• saltwater or estuarine crocodile -Crocodylus porosus

GTP's definitely, though I'm sure I heard womas were moved to recreational. Best to ring the EPA and ask them, and hope like hell you get someone who knows what a woma is.
 
Is there a way you can check if reptiles have been added to your licence?

definitely still on the list, i had heard the same and rang them to confirm it when i was renewing my licence last week.
