Dr Sasha, UV, Animal Hospital Werribee. Princess Hwy Werribee.
Over 20 years experience specialising in exotic pet treatment. Really glad to have met her the other day.
Currently treating my coastal. Her handling was brilliant, as was her advice and her follow up phone call 7 days later to work out where to from here.

Dr Sasha Herbert

Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Unusual pet medicine and surgery)

Membership qualification of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Medicine and Surgery of Unusual Pets.

Sasha Herbert holds post graduate qualifications in medicine and surgery of small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice, sugar gliders), reptiles (turtles, non-venomous snakes, lizards, crocodiles) and amphibians (frogs, axolotls), and provides primary and second opinion veterinary medical, surgical, and dental care for exotic pets as part of the exotic pet team in the General Practice of U-Vet Werribee Animal Hospital. Her experience includes 10 years as a zoo vet working with almost all creatures great and small, and 14 years as a native and exotic pet vet in companion animal practice.

Sasha's dream is for all vets to be able to confidently provide the same level of care to unusual pets that they provide to cats and dogs and to this end is always teaching and learning on the job at the hospital at the University of Melbourne.

For the last 10 years Sasha has been providing pet care advice on Saturday mornings for ABC radio. On her other weekends she likes building things for her house, garden and pets, going to costumed events and reading absurd amounts of fantasy and sci-fi.

Years ago I saw someone at

Greencross Vets
Cnr Kessels Rd and Springfield St, Macgregor.
(07) 3347 3333

They were great, Any other Brisbane Southside recommendations? Or Northern Gold Coast?

NSW
NSW - Sydney Northern Beaches

DR DAVID VELLA BSc BVSc Diplomate ABVP (Exotic Companion Mammals)
North Shore Veterinarian in St Leonards, New South Wales

Their offices have moved, but still in North Sydney https://www.northshorespecialist.com.au/ They offer 24/7 emergency care
63 Herbert St, Artarmon, NSW 2064

I see DR JOANNE SHEEN there and she is great, has been treating reptiles for over a decade.

In the Sutherland Shire, I've been to Heathcote Vet Clinic, http://www.heathcotevet.com.au/
1335 Princes Highway
Heathcote NSW 2233
There are quite a few vets in the Shire experienced with reptiles, I think because of their proximity to the National Park

I don't see "Avian,Reptile & Exotic Pet Hospital " on your list. They are at Camden Uni. 415 Werombi Road Camden 2570 Ph 46550798.
I don't know how to ad them to your map but they are good people too.

they were listed under "Wildlife Health and Conservation Centre", have added them under that name

South Penrith Vets has a dedicated reptile vet

Address: 126 Stafford St, Penrith NSW 2750

that vet was already on the map https://drive.google.com/open?id=1i_0nF-YV44c0AfpCB3iCqK6LGwYvqiXz&usp=sharing
I wouldn't forget them, they're my current reptile and dog+cat vet, they're really great. also who I call first if I find injured reptiles at my place because they are 5 minutes from me and I know they specialise in reptiles.

VIC

Bird and Exotic Animal Clinic
19 Ponting St, Williamstown, 3061
0406 522 013

Absolutely brilliant vets in the west, they've been helping with several of my rehab cases at the moment.

Has anyone used the vet in Katoomba? Rhys Sweeney? Just wondering if it’s worth using him as he is fairly local to me, but can’t find any info
