Sleepy Lizards(shinglebacks??)

Ummmm??? Not quite sure here, but one of the youngsters round here has come across a young Sleepy Lizard??? Got dug up in a pile of wood? What shoullld he do bout it?? Is he allowed to keep it in SA or not??? Just wondering??? We are out in the scrub here?? Cheers Cheryl

Does he have a reptile licence? If yes. i think you can. Not 100% sure but others will know and they will tell you on this forum!!

You don't need a licence for sleepie in SA but it must be obtained legally, ie through a breeder or licenced dealer

could always call up the ppl you need too talk too and ask? keep it vague and don't give too much info away
