It's obvious black head and orange band across the neck identify it as an Orange Naped Snake (Furina ornata). Also known as a Moon Snake. Other diagnostic characteristics include the reddish brown body scales edged with a darker brown and the cream coloured belly.

I'd just add that the shape of the head is important as diagnosing this as a Furina (generally considered harmless), while a dark head and lighter band across the back of the head is common in the juveniles of many deadly species. Furinas are all small snakes, and they mimic the juvenile colours and patterns of several deadly species to deter predators. If this mimicry fools you in reverse you could end up thinking something deadly was a 'harmless' Furina.
