Very interesting...

I have actually read similar thing regarding some poisonous frogs eating ants and storing the poison from the ants, a diet of no ants means the frogs are also harmless with no poison...
 
Very interesting, from the title of the thread I immediately thought they would use in in their venom rather than a gland on their nape, never heard anything like it.

I think I read the same article.

The Poison Arrow/Dart Frogs get there poison from their diet. Change their diet and they are no longer poisonous.
 
Amazing how much the gland stiks out. Interesting. Funny looking little guy (or girl)!
 
What's more, snakes on the island of Ishima win the "Living On Island With Best Name" competition! ;)
