looks like a hatchling murray river shortneck to me... have the same yellow crisp line from their mouths... we have about 30 odd wild murrays in our dam...

definatly not an emydura. Looks like an Elseya to me but from craigs post looks like elseya belli had been shifted to a new genus. That would be awsome if it was a new sp, will still be awsome if its a bells turtle.
 
hes awsome...so cute. congratz if its a new species. and yes its a frog mouth, they are common as all hell where we live
