weird shedding

My children's python has been shedding for a week now but she's been shedding in pieces. It's the first time she's shed like this, ever since i've had her she's shed in one piece.
She hasn't been eating much either but i think it's just because she's been hibernating.


What should i do? Is it bad that she's shedding in pieces?

Put her in a wet pillow case over night. Just make sure you keep her warm and by morning they are nearly always right as rain.

do i put the wet pillow case on the heat mat to stay warm?

Yeah that would work. But it has to be pretty wet, in the past i have even put a couple of cm of water in the bottom of a tub and put the snake and pillow case in the water.
