Just curious as to what size clic-clack a 2 month old hatchling would need and when would I upgrade the size? Also, what age would I move it to its three foot enclosure ? Then what age onto its final tall enclosure?

It all depends on what species your keeping. What you'd use for a stimi would be different to a bhp.
I leave my hatchies in a 20L click clack or so until they are to big for it then move them into a 3/2/2 enclosure. Some animals will get the after about 9 months others 15/18 months.

It's a jungle carpet python I'm talking about. Sorry, I thought I mentioned it.
I'd go for a 30 litre starmaid, save you getting the smaller one and they outgrow them pretty quickily.
As long as there is plenty of hides (warm and cool end) and something to climb on, that should last the first 10 months or so (I guess it depends how fast he/she grows)
Then into the 3 foot till he outgrows it.
