Hi Experts,
I’ve had carpet pythons around my house for years, just recently spotted a fairly active possible juvenile (seems to be 1.5-2m) coiled up tightly in tree canopy for days, it was stretched out a bit yesterday but all coiled up tight again now. I’ve never witnessed this behaviour in 20 years and kind of wondering what it means? Is it a weather thing or a digesting thing? It’s in such a weird spot - spotted what I the same one last week pretty active getting back into the roof last week and seems odd that it would want to be so exposed in the tree. Is it warming up before winter perhaps?
