Wild Diamond strange shedding appearance

Anyone ever see anything like this?

6ft Diamond sth coast nsw.
This one resides in a mates garden...been like this for 2 days...doesnt look right ....and no...theres no paint involved.. ???

this has been painted by someone mate

the peeling on its nose is similar to painting a wall without getting the wall ready first, and it then peals off the wall over time

I suggest getting a wildlife carer to come collect it to care for it until it’s shed or clean it up.
